VIV Europe 2026 opened today at Jaarbeurs Utrecht in the Netherlands, running from June 2–4, 2026. The program brings together more than 70 sessions across agriculture, food systems, sustainability, animal health, AI-driven farm management, international trade, and supply-chain transparency. The Poultry Site reported that BSV Association is among contributors connected with ecosystem restoration, nutrient density, and supply-chain transparency. (The Poultry Site)

Common Source’s LinkedIn page highlights BSV Association’s role at VIV Europe through the Cities Leading Food Production program. A BSV Association-linked post points to Ásgeir Thór Óskarsson and Siggi Óskarsson’s keynote, “The Value of Blockchain in the Food Chain – From Foundation to Production,” scheduled for June 3 at Innovation Square 2, Hall 10. The post also connects the program with shared digital identity through BRC-100, verifiable provenance and traceability, stablecoins and programmable payments, and production deployments including Common Source, BRIXit, and Mycelia. Cities Leading Food Production describes Common Source, Royal Jaarbeurs / VNU Europe, HubOrange!, and Compazz Foundation as founding partners in a program focused on robust, regional, and regenerative food systems. The site says the official launch of the Cities Leading Food Production agribusiness community at VIV Europe 2026 marks the international rollout of the initiative. (Cities leading food production)

BSV TIMES read:
This is a useful industry-application item because it places BSV Blockchain inside a real food-systems context: supply-chain transparency, digital identity, provenance, contribution tracking, and programmable payment infrastructure. The value is not only event visibility. The stronger point is that BSV Blockchain is being connected with live deployment models in sectors where trusted records and multi-party coordination matter.
