ERNX Case Study Reports BSV Blockchain-Based Rewards App Serving More Than 2,000 Children

A newly announced BSV Association case study documents the expanding use of ERNX, a mobile incentive and digital-rewards application used with pediatric dental practices.

According to the Association’s announcement, ERNX was operating across eight offices and supporting more than 2,000 children as of July 2026. The case study presents that footprint as an example of BSV Blockchain being used beneath an established healthcare-adjacent application rather than as a service requiring families to interact directly with blockchain technology.

ERNX is designed to extend behavior encouragement beyond a visit to the dental practice. Participating practices can award points, while parents can purchase or distribute additional points for activities such as tooth brushing and other positive behavior.

Once a child accumulates enough points, they can be redeemed electronically for digital vouchers. The application currently lists rewards from services and retailers including Amazon, Google Play, Roblox, Nintendo, PlayStation, Spotify, Steam, Xbox, and GameStop.

The application was co-founded by pediatric dentist Dr. Anas Hakimeh together with Vincent Bühler and Michael Abboud. Its stated objective is to give parents, pediatric practices, schools, and other child-centered organizations a digital incentive system that connects familiar rewards with health, responsibility, and positive habits.

BSV Association describes ERNX as using BSV Blockchain’s low transaction costs and immutable ledger as part of its underlying infrastructure. The accessible public materials, however, do not yet provide a detailed technical explanation of which application events are recorded on-chain, how those records are structured, or how an independent party can verify them.

The deployment should therefore not be described as placing medical records or identifiable information about children on a public blockchain. ERNX’s public privacy policy says that the service collects limited information associated with children, such as names or nicknames, which must be supplied and managed by parents or legal guardians.

ERNX also distinguishes its points from transferable digital assets. Its terms state that the points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are usable only within the ERNX reward system.

The terms further say that the current service is intended for use within Texas and is not tailored to interactions governed by HIPAA or similar industry-specific regulations. This places an important boundary around the healthcare description: ERNX is presently an incentive and engagement application associated with pediatric practices, not a clinical-data or regulated medical-record system.

The newly published case study is not the launch of ERNX itself. Its news value comes from the updated operational footprint and the Association’s documentation of the application as a deployed BSV Blockchain use case. The figures of eight offices and more than 2,000 children are Association-reported and have not been independently audited.
