bChat has launched its web application, bringing AI-assisted agreement drafting, digital signing, encrypted document handling, wallets and tokenized room ownership into a browser-based workspace. Rather than treating chat as the final product, bChat uses conversation as the starting point for agreements that parties can review, sign, seal with on-chain evidence and potentially connect to ownership or payment arrangements.

bChat Web is now live, extending the bChat project from its earlier desktop application into a browser-accessible workspace built around agreements, signing, wallets and tokenized rooms.
The application describes itself as offering “tokenized chatrooms that sign and settle,” but the live interface shows a broader model than conventional messaging.
A user begins by describing an agreement in ordinary language. bChat’s AI then asks for the information required to structure it, such as the counterparty, subject matter, payment terms, deadlines, roles or ownership split.
Preset starting points include a mutual NDA, contractor agreement, conversion of a transcript into an agreement, venture splitting and company-formation planning.
The central idea is one room per agreement. bChat describes the conversation, signed document and agreed split as remaining together rather than being separated across messaging, document-signing and payment applications.
Once an agreement has been prepared, both parties can sign it. bChat says signed agreements can be sealed with blockchain evidence so that what was agreed can later be verified. The interface describes signed contracts as being hashed or sealed on-chain while documents remain encrypted for the parties.
The application also integrates a wallet layer directly into the workflow.
New users can create a native bChat wallet protected by a passphrase. During onboarding, bChat requires the user to save an encrypted recovery file and makes clear that the service cannot reset a forgotten passphrase or recover the wallet on the user’s behalf.
The wallet is generated in the browser and can be used for publishing documents to BSV Blockchain. bChat separately supports HandCash for sign-in and payments, while additional wallet connections are offered for other roles.
Those roles are deliberately separated. The wallet interface describes Yours Wallet as a BRC-100 wallet that can prove control of BSV-20 or BSV-21 holdings and enable access to token-gated rooms. Other supported wallet connections can similarly prove holdings on external networks.
The application therefore treats wallets not only as places to hold value, but as credentials that can prove identity, entitlement or ownership depending on the room.
bChat also introduces an incremental identity-confidence system. A basic user begins at a low identity level, while additional evidence can raise that level through mechanisms including self-attestation, paid signing, identity documents, peer attestations and optional government-ID verification through Veriff.
The interface says Veriff processes the identity documents while bChat retains the verification result rather than the underlying documents.
This allows different kinds of interaction to potentially require different levels of identity assurance rather than requiring the same identity process for every user and every room.
The tokenization model becomes clearer inside the wallet and contracts sections.
bChat distinguishes between tokenized documents, financial instruments and money. When a signed contract is sealed, the interface says a corresponding DocToken can represent the agreement, such as a deed, license or share associated with that document.
Separately, fungible holdings can represent allocations such as shares in a register, governance interests or revenue-sharing arrangements.
The Contracts section extends this concept by allowing a room or a share associated with it to become offerable once participants define what the corresponding token represents. The interface says a signed contract can mint a DocToken that then appears with its ticker.
This means the term “tokenized room” is not being used simply for a collectible attached to a chat. The intended model connects the agreement itself with persistent records of who holds what, what rights were assigned and how later payments or distributions may be handled.
The current web application also integrates AI as a replaceable service rather than tying the product to one model provider. bChat currently provides access through its own Anthropic configuration, while users can configure Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini or another OpenAI-compatible endpoint, including locally operated models.
That separation reinforces the architecture visible throughout the application: the AI helps interpret conversation and prepare documents, while the persistent elements are the identities, agreements, signatures, wallet records and ownership relationships created around the room.
Some of bChat’s more ambitious workflows remain to be demonstrated in live use. For example, its AI can explain a possible path for forming a company, creating ownership allocations and associating them with tokens, but the AI itself states that it cannot perform external legal filings. BSV TIMES therefore does not treat those examples as evidence that bChat independently incorporates companies or creates legally recognized securities.
Likewise, the application’s encryption, recovery and on-chain document architecture are presented here as bChat describes them; they have not been independently security-audited by BSV TIMES.
What is already visible, however, is a functioning web environment that brings together conversational drafting, identity, wallets, documents, signatures, tokenized ownership and blockchain records within one interface.

The interesting part of bChat Web is not simply that an AI can draft an NDA or contractor agreement. Generative AI can already produce documents. What is more unusual is the attempt to make the agreement itself the organizing object: conversation establishes the terms, identity identifies the parties, signatures establish consent, encrypted records preserve the document, blockchain evidence anchors what was agreed, and token or payment functions can represent what follows from it.
In that model, chat becomes the human interface to a larger coordination system rather than the destination. It is an early implementation and many of its more ambitious ownership and legal workflows will need real-world testing, but bChat Web offers a useful example of how blockchain infrastructure can disappear beneath ordinary activities such as discussing terms, signing an agreement and keeping track of who is entitled to what.
