A UK company carrying the Teranode name has adopted a new corporate identity, while the Teranode name itself remains in current use for BSV Blockchain’s next-generation node software.

A Companies House certificate dated September 4 identifies company number 09994132, previously TERANODE LIMITED, as having changed its name to NEOBRIDGE SOLUTIONS LIMITED.

The distinction between the company and the software is important.

The public Companies House record for company 09994132, which had not yet fully reflected the September 4 name update when checked by BSV TIMES, continued to show the company as active. It identifies the business as a private limited company incorporated in February 2016 and records its previous name as Zero 32 Associates Ltd, which became Teranode Limited in September 2024. The September 4 document is therefore a certificate of incorporation on change of name, preserving the same company number and corporate entity under a new name.

It is separate from the technical status of Teranode itself.

Current BSV Association documentation continues to describe Teranode as horizontally scalable node software for the BSV Blockchain. Its architecture documentation says the project is developed by BSV Association and uses a horizontally scaled collection of services to perform transaction validation, block assembly, block validation and other node functions. There is consequently no basis in the September 4 company-name certificate alone for treating it as a termination or renaming of the Teranode node project.

The more significant clue to the corporate change comes from trademark records predating it by almost a year.

NeoBridge Was Already Being Prepared in 2025

The UK Intellectual Property Office published an international trademark designation for NEOBRIDGE on March 20, 2026.

The applicant is Teranode Licensing AG, Vaduz, and the record claims Swiss priority from September 12, 2025. The international registration and UK designation followed on December 3, 2025. (UK Intellectual Property Office)

That timeline indicates that the NeoBridge name was being developed well before Teranode Limited adopted it as its UK corporate name in September 2026.

The trademark is also considerably broader in scope than node software alone.

Its Class 9 coverage includes blockchain software, database-management and synchronization software, smart-contract software, telecommunications applications, Internet of Things applications, software-development tools and systems for smart-city applications. (UK Intellectual Property Office)

Other classes extend the proposed NeoBridge identity into:

maintenance and processing of database information;
financial transactions and electronic transfers using blockchain technology;
telecommunications;
education;
electronic data storage using blockchain technology;
blockchain-based data authentication and certification;

user authentication using blockchain technology;
database and software development;
data-verification services;
technology and patent licensing; and

A Canadian trademark record for the same international registration independently identifies Teranode Licensing AG as the NEOBRIDGE applicant and gives the filing and international-registration date as December 3, 2025. (ISED Canada)

This does not establish exactly what Neobridge Solutions Limited will offer, or whether every service described in the trademark filing will become a commercial product.

It does, however, show that NeoBridge was a planned blockchain-related identity rather than a name created suddenly for the September 4 UK filing.

Teranode and NeoBridge Already Share an IP Connection

Public trademark records provide another connection between the two names.

The Canadian trademark record for TERANODE lists Teranode Licensing AG as its registered owner. The record shows that ownership was transferred from Bitcoin Association for BSV to Teranode Licensing AG, with an effective change date of March 25, 2025. (ISED Canada)

The same entity subsequently became the applicant for the NEOBRIDGE international trademark.

This creates a documented connection:

Teranode Licensing AG holds the recorded Teranode trademark interest and later sought trademark protection for NeoBridge.

It does not by itself establish the future corporate structure between BSV Association, Teranode Licensing AG and the newly renamed Neobridge Solutions Limited. No public announcement reviewed by BSV TIMES currently explains that organizational relationship or defines NeoBridge’s intended operating role.

The filings nevertheless point toward a distinction between the established Teranode technology identity and a potentially broader NeoBridge services identity.

Teranode Continues as the Node Technology

Current technical material gives no indication that the Teranode software name has been replaced.

BSV Association’s Teranode documentation remains live under the Teranode name and describes the software as the next evolution of BSV node infrastructure. The corporate filing therefore establishes a change to company number 09994132, not a change to those technical documents, repositories or the software’s name.

There is one additional historical Companies House detail worth separating from the current development.

The company’s filing history records a first Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off on January 16, 2024, but Companies House records that the strike-off action was discontinued on January 17, 2024. The latest corporate development is instead the September 4, 2026 change of name to Neobridge Solutions Limited.

There are two separate developments here, and keeping them separate makes the picture considerably clearer.

Teranode remains the name attached to BSV Blockchain’s horizontally scalable node architecture in current official technical documentation.

Teranode Limited, meanwhile, was the legal name of one UK corporate entity. That entity has now become Neobridge Solutions Limited.

The earlier trademark history makes the new name more interesting than a routine administrative change. NeoBridge had been prepared since at least September 2025, and its registered scope reaches well beyond node operation into blockchain data services, authentication, databases, software development, IoT, telecommunications and Blockchain-as-a-Service.

That suggests a possible movement toward a broader solutions or services identity around blockchain infrastructure, although the filings do not yet establish the precise commercial strategy.

The distinction may ultimately be useful.

A node implementation and a company delivering services around that infrastructure do not necessarily need to share the same identity. Teranode can remain a technical infrastructure name while NeoBridge develops separately as a corporate or services brand.

For now, that final relationship remains an interpretation rather than an announced structure. What the public record does establish is narrower and clearer: the UK company changed its name; the Teranode software has not disappeared from BSV Association’s current technical infrastructure; and the NeoBridge name has a documented blockchain-services history extending back to 2025.
