BRC-162 / BRC-182: A revised binary format for BSV-21 tokens was merged into BRC-162 on September 28, while the separate BRC-182 Mandala-compatibility proposal was closed in favor of the revision. The final BRC-162 format allows an optional, unvalidated payload on any token output.
