This week’s Latest News moved across wallet infrastructure, node software, token tooling and AI-assisted applications. SpiffyVault opened a testnet SPV wallet beta, 1Sat SDK moved Mandala tokens into reusable wallet actions, PaiyBit connected AI game generation with browser distribution and metered play, while Teranode and SV Node both advanced their respective node software. The week closed with two wallet-infrastructure issues at different layers: a Yours Wallet seed-import risk affecting BSV-21 tokens and a Wallet Toolbox release correcting broadcasting, funding and storage behavior. Editorial Summary

Wallet and payment infrastructure formed the strongest thread this week, but from very different directions.

SpiffyVault opened its first public testnet beta as a self-custodial desktop wallet combining local block-header verification, peer-to-peer delivery, encrypted offline handoff and BRC-100 interoperability. The release remains testnet-only, making it a public testing milestone rather than a finished mainnet wallet, but it brings several recurring BSV wallet concepts together in one user-facing application. At the developer layer, 1Sat SDK moved Mandala beyond its earlier script-template stage by publishing reusable wallet actions for token creation, sending and receipt. The same release also added payments to readable Metanet handles. The next meaningful threshold remains live interoperability across compatible wallets and complete user-facing implementations, but the SDK now provides more of the application machinery needed to reach that stage. PaiyBit approached applications from another direction. Its new AI Game Builder can turn a natural-language description into a playable browser game, allow conversational revision and then publish the result into an Arcade supporting free or metered access. The significant part is the combined workflow—generation, execution, distribution and optional BSV-based usage payment—rather than AI-generated game code by itself. BSV TIMES

Node infrastructure also moved on two fronts. Teranode promoted the 0.16 line into a regular v0.16.0 release and immediately opened v0.16.1 beta development with stronger service authentication, remote-storage protections and further block-assembly changes. SV Node v1.2.3 separately introduced synchronization, database and script-validation improvements, showing continued development of the established node implementation alongside Teranode’s newer architecture. The week ended with two wallet-infrastructure corrections that illustrate why asset awareness and transaction-state handling matter above basic key custody. A public Yours Wallet bug report identified an automatic seed-import sweep that can treat BSV-21-bearing outputs as ordinary funding inputs, creating a token-burn risk when the corresponding token state is not recreated. BSV TIMES verified that the relevant code path exists in v5.1.1 and that transaction evidence supports the described mechanism, while leaving the full incident scope for maintainer investigation. Wallet Toolbox 2.14.7 addressed a different class of reliability issue in shared BRC-100 tooling. The release corrects cases in which received transactions could be recorded as spendable without successful broadcasting, while also fixing protected-transaction funding, proof-data transport and browser-storage queries. Together, the two stories reinforce a broader point from this week: mature wallet infrastructure depends not only on protecting keys, but on understanding what outputs represent and preserving the correct state as transactions move through construction, broadcast, storage and recovery.
