Corporate Infrastructure Watch / Network & Protocol
In Brief
Teranode Switzerland AG has changed its registered name to VP Management Global AG, according to a September 15 publication from the Zug commercial register. The change preserves the same Swiss company, UID, registered address and directors rather than creating a new entity or dissolving the old one. It follows the September 4 rename of UK-based Teranode Limited to Neobridge Solutions Limited, giving two Teranode-named operating companies new corporate identities within less than two weeks. Teranode Group AG and Teranode Licensing AG, meanwhile, remain active under the Teranode name in Liechtenstein. (Moneyhouse)
News Report
Teranode Switzerland AG has been renamed VP Management Global AG, adding a second corporate-name change around the Teranode group during September.
The Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce record, reproduced from the Zug commercial register, states that the company’s articles were amended on September 9 and that its new registered name is VP Management Global AG, with corresponding French and English forms VP Management Global SA and VP Management Global Ltd. The change was published on September 15 under publication number HR02-1006756652. (Moneyhouse)
The company retains Swiss UID CHE-276.016.833.
That continuity is important: this is a corporate rename, not a dissolution or transfer into a newly incorporated company.
Current registry data continues to show the business as active at Alpenstrasse 15 in Zug, with CHF 1 million in share capital. Robert Alain Camier Alizon remains president of the board and Clemens Andrée remains a board member, both with collective signing authority. (OnlineInfo.ch Switzerland)
The Corporate Purpose Also Remains Broad
The current registered purpose continues to cover management consulting for affiliated and outside companies, together with the development, management, marketing and provision of IT products and services and the acquisition, exploitation and administration of related intellectual property.
That is materially the same corporate purpose recorded when Teranode Switzerland AG was incorporated in October 2024. The September filing records a change of company name rather than a new operating purpose. (Moneyhouse)
The new name itself therefore does not establish that VP Management Global will perform a substantially different business function.
No public announcement identified by BSV TIMES currently explains what “VP Management Global” is intended to represent within the wider group.
A Second Teranode Company Changes Name
The timing makes the Swiss filing more notable.
On September 4, the UK company previously known as Teranode Limited changed its legal name to Neobridge Solutions Limited. BSV TIMES reported that development after a Companies House certificate established that the same UK company, number 09994132, had adopted the new name. (BSV TIMES)
Earlier trademark records had already shown that the NeoBridge identity was being prepared from 2025 and covered a broad range of blockchain, database, authentication and Blockchain-as-a-Service activities. The NEOBRIDGE trademark applicant is Teranode Licensing AG. (GOV.UK)
The Swiss development is different.
There is currently no comparable public trademark trail establishing what VP Management Global will become. What can be said is narrower: another company that carried the Teranode name has now adopted a different corporate identity.
The September sequence is therefore:
Teranode Limited in the UK became Neobridge Solutions Limited on September 4.
Teranode Switzerland AG became VP Management Global AG through articles amended September 9 and published September 15.
The Teranode Name Has Not Disappeared
The two changes do not mean the Teranode corporate name has disappeared altogether.
Teranode Group AG remains active in Liechtenstein, where its latest commercial-register change was a management update published September 2. Teranode Licensing AG also remains active under its existing name and continues to have a corporate purpose centered in part on holding and exploiting intellectual-property rights. (Moneyhouse)
That makes the developing structure more interesting than a simple group-wide rename.
Two operating companies have moved away from the Teranode name, while the group and licensing entities continue to retain it.
The available filings do not yet explain whether that represents a deliberate long-term division between group, licensing and operating-company brands, but the pattern is now visible in the public corporate record.
Existing Teranode Documentation Still Uses the Swiss Name
Teranode’s existing public legal documentation also gives the Swiss entity operational relevance beyond its company registration.
The published terms for Teranode Identity identify Teranode Switzerland AG, using the same UID CHE-276.016.833 and Alpenstrasse 15 address, as the company providing and operating the identity service. Its privacy documentation likewise identifies Teranode Switzerland AG as part of the Teranode group. (TeraNode Documentation)
Those pages still use the former company name at the time of the BSV TIMES check.
Because the UID is unchanged, the rename does not itself indicate that the service has moved to a different legal entity. It does mean those public terms may require an administrative update to reflect the company’s new registered name.
BSV TIMES Read
The September filings now show more than one isolated corporate rename.
Within less than two weeks, Teranode Limited in the UK became Neobridge Solutions Limited and Teranode Switzerland AG became VP Management Global AG.
At the same time, Teranode Group AG and Teranode Licensing AG continue under the Teranode name.
That increasingly suggests a separation between the Teranode group and intellectual-property identity on one side and differently named operating companies on the other.
For now, however, that remains an interpretation of the corporate pattern rather than an announced restructuring plan.
The Swiss filing does not disclose a new business purpose, new directors, a new legal entity or a change of registered address. Nor does it explain how VP Management Global will relate operationally to Neobridge Solutions, Teranode Group or Teranode Licensing.
The useful conclusion is therefore limited but increasingly clear: the Teranode corporate structure is changing, while the public record still leaves the eventual organization of those entities unresolved.
